Your emotions are your natural instinct state of your mind meanwhile, feelings are your emotional "state" or reaction to something. Its important to know and point out the difference of what you are feeling and how you are reacting towards that circumstance or certain situation.
EXERCISE: Think about a time where you reacted to a situation and ask yourself, "What is my emotions or my feelings?"
We can stabilize our thinking and react accordingly when we learn to not only control our emotions but taking accountability before we express.
